The Role

  • As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check In until Check Out
  • Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge

Maximise room occupancy and use up selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

  • Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
