We are seeking a Casual InâRoom Dining Assistant to deliver personalised, discreet and memorable service, ensuring every request â from morning pastries to lateâevening indulgences â is presented with elegance and care.
The Person

The Role
- Deliver luxury inâroom dining experiences across all service periods
- Support guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service
- Assist with amenities for VIP arrivals and special guest requests
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness and brand standards in all F&B areas
- Work collaboratively across departments to support smooth hotel operations
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, deliver and present inâroom dining orders to luxury standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain stock, equipment condition and cleanliness in service areas
- Attend briefings, training sessions and complete endâofâshift handovers
- Uphold hygiene, safety, brand and grooming standards consistently
