Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the leadership of the Housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable guest rooms, high-performing teams and consistent service excellence throughout the hotel
The Person
- An experienced housekeeping leader with a passion for luxury standards

The Role
- Support the Head Housekeeper in leading daily housekeeping operations
- Drive consistent guest room and public area standards
- Champion service excellence, productivity and engagement
- Lead by example during peak operational periods
- Support succession planning, training and departmental development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise room quality, cleanliness standards and operational delivery
- Coach and develop housekeeping teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor productivity, costs and supplier performance
- Respond proactively to guest feedback and quality issues
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety and sustainability policies.
