We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant & Bars Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bars Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage trends and service excellence
  • Experience with budgeting, POS systems, and inventory management
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Role:

  • Oversee Restaurant & Bar operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, and food & beverage margins
  • Incentivise team members to meet departmental targets and objectives
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
