The Role:
- Support and assist the Accommodation Manager in the daily housekeeping operations
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring their tasks are completed to a high standard
- Conduct room and public area inspections, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure guests' needs are met efficiently
- Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
