Description
We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our property team as Head of Property. This role will be responsible for property-related matters within our portfolio of hotels. Key responsibilities include construction project management, maintenance strategy, estate management issues, and identifying opportunities to add value to the estate. Additionally, the Head of Property will work closely with development and delivery teams to support them throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have highly proficient experience with mechanical and electrical hotel systems, strong construction project management experience, and experience in working with 5-year CAPEX plans and reporting. The candidate should also have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage competing interests and conflicting priorities, and excellent personal branding with a focus on standards.
