The Role

Klaremont is an established Hygiene, Glass and Tableware supplier to the London hospitality sector. We are now launching a dedicated Packaging. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a sales driven high-performer to build a department from scratch, drive the strategy, and share in the long-term value through a structured equity path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities within sectors sensitive to issues of sustainability.
  • Curate a "Flagship" range of sustainable packaging hardware (containers, boxes, and disposables) that meets the highest eco-standards and UK regulations.
  • Proactively secure and manage partnerships with emerging and mid-market groups across Greater London.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the "Circular Economy," advising clients on the UK Plastic Tax, EPR, and material innovation.

Sustainability Fluency: A technical understanding of materials (e.g., Bagasse, Aqueous coatings, rPET) and current UK environmental legislation.

London Market Knowledge: An active network and deep understanding of the London QSR landscape.

The "Founder" Mindset: You are a self-starter who prioritises long-term wealth creation (equity/bonus) over a high fixed salary.

The Reward Structure

  • £60,000 Fixed Basic Salary.
  • Uncapped Performance Bonus: A direct percentage share of the Gross Profit (GP) you generate for the division.
  • Share Option Scheme: A milestone-based vesting schedule, providing genuine ownership of the division's success.
