Job Description
The KLA Central Engineering Group is looking for a UX/UI Specialist to join our growing team and design intuitive workflows and interfaces for technical users. Your work will simplify complex processes and improve efficiency for engineering and operations teams. In this role, you’ll contribute across the full UX process – from problem framing and rapid research to high‑fidelity design, prototyping, and handoff. You will have opportunities to grow your skills through mentorship, collaboration, and constructive feedback. We value accessibility, inclusivity, and a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Research proficiency in Figma/FigJam.
- Experience running or assisting in usability studies and synthesizing findings.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale.
- Portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end problem solving and your contribution within a team.
- Experience in data‑heavy or technical products; comfort with tables, filters, states, and validation is preferred.
- Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and performance considerations.
- Exposure to design tokens and component libraries.
