Job Description/Preferred Qualifications:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate management and offer negotiation; understand various selection methods and techniques.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for various roles.
- Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring a high standard of hiring.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand business needs.
- Recruiting Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Project Management: Manage projects within the talent acquisition and HR domains, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Cross-functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a global company within the high-tech industry; 5+ years of experience in hiring for tech roles.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for various roles.
- Exceptional behavioral interview skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment practices, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Project management experience in talent acquisition and HR domains.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, combined with a collaborative and communicative approach.
- A "people person" with great teamwork, responsiveness, and communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Fluent English (native speaker preferred).
- Relevant academic degree.
