Company Overview: The SPTS division of KLA designs, manufactures and markets wafer processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. Job Description / Preferred Qualifications: This role will be based in Celtic Lakes. Our new 237,000-square-foot Newport facility provides additional production and customer collaboration spaces, including 25,000 square feet of R&D clean rooms, 35,000 square feet of state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing space and tool demo areas, all designed to support development of semiconductor process technologies across advanced packaging, power devices, micro‑electromechanical systems (MEMS), radio frequency (RF) and photonics sector technology!

  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate management and offer negotiation; understand various selection methods and techniques.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build and maintain a diverse, high‑quality talent pipeline for various roles.
  • Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring a high standard of hiring.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand business needs.
  • Recruiting Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top‑tier candidates.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data‑driven improvements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects within the talent acquisition and HR domains, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Cross‑functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units.

Minimum Qualifications: Significant experience in a global company within the high‑tech industry with experience in hiring for tech roles. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for various roles. Exceptional behavioral interview skills. Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment practices, with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Project management experience in talent acquisition and HR domains. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, combined with a collaborative and communicative approach. A "people person" with great teamwork, responsiveness, and communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday. Fluent English. Relevant academic degree. This is a temporary role for 1.5 years.
