Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve platform semiconductor handling hardware
- Assist new hardware designs through build, integration, fault-finding, and PLC readiness
- Lead installation, commissioning, and technical resolution at customer sites
- Travel internationally up to 50% to support critical customer engagements
- Translate customer requirements into design improvements
- Shape system-level specifications aligning customer needs and engineering standards
- Champion serviceability, reliability, and maintainability
- Ensure machine performance and compliance with international standards
- Produce technical reports for decision-making and risk management
- Lead hardware test strategy, validation planning, and performance characterization
- Create support documentation and procedures
