Overview

In this Global Mobility role, you support immigration and relocation across EMEA, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and employees to deliver high-quality mobility services. You will manage visa processes, ensure policy compliance, and drive efficient, scalable mobility operations. You collaborate with legal vendors and HR to optimize processes and improve employee experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume immigration cases (visas, renewals, extensions, work permits)
  • Track case progress, maintain reporting, secure approvals, and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, prevailing wage, and mobility policies
  • Collaborate with external legal vendors to optimize case management
  • Develop country-specific mobility guidance for HR, managers, and employees
  • Coordinate relocation services with relocation vendors and support employees
  • Contribute to global mobility projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials
  • Triaging requests and prioritizing work by impact, compliance, and SLAs
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to support mobility program administration

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, international relations or similar field
  • Immigration case handling experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in cross-cultural work
  • Ability to self-direct work, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver in a high-volume environment
