Overview
In this role you will lead fair, thorough investigations into workplace issues affecting employees across the UK and EU. You will partner with the Global Employment Law Team to assess policy and legal risk, and you will manage external firms as needed. You’ll draft findings, recommend remedial actions, and report trends to leadership. You’ll contribute to a culture of integrity and continuous improvement within a global HR function.

Responsibilities
- Conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations into policy or local law violations
- Lead end-to-end investigation steps including document review, interviews, and reporting
- Coordinate with third-party forensics, investigation, and document review firms
- Manage document reviews and relevant evidence for investigations
- Provide employee training on the investigation process and channels
- Support Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence with cross-project initiatives
Key requirements
- Degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related fields
- Significant experience conducting internal workplace investigations
- Fluency in English; French or German is highly desirable
- Familiarity with UK and EU employment laws
- Willingness to collaborate across regions and travel internationally
- Excellent communication, analytical, influencing and writing skills
- Self-motivated with strong independent judgment and risk management abilities
