Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Within this 9 month FTC position the Accounts Payable Administrator will undertake day‑to‑day processing responsibilities to allow existing SSC staff to support various project work throughout 2026. This will include, and is not limited to, timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and vendor queries. The successful candidate must be customer‑driven, proactive and a good communicator with previous experience in an AP role within a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment.

- Strong knowledge of AP processes & controls along with experience of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) & exposure to automation tools
- Excellent organisational skills & strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English speaker) & exposure to working with multinational teams

- Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office Suite
