Job Description/Preferred Qualifications: You will work in a busy HR team supporting the HR team across many elements of the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities from offer, background checks, employment documentation via our HR system
- Conduct new starter inductions and new hire roundtables
- Proactively identifying areas of work that can be automated and development of these processes on the HR system
- Assisting and maintaining with day‑to‑day HR operations, systems and administrative tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Support the management of employee life cycle events from leave of absences, maternity paternity and offboarding
- Support the HRBP's with annual HR programmes and UK initiatives, such as Wellbeing, Events, Inclusion and Community Engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and legal regulations
Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, detail‑oriented and able to multitask effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AI assisted programmes and HR systems, a positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
