The SPTS division of KLA designs, manufactures and markets wafer processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. SPTS provides industry leading etch and deposition process technologies on a range of single wafer handling platforms. End-market applications include micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), advanced packaging, LED, high speed RF device ICâs and power semiconductors. SPTS is part of KLA Corporation which develops industry-leading equipment and services that enable innovation throughout the electronics industry.
This is an exciting opportunity within our Engineering Services team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and guiding change management activities to ensure the efficient, accurate design, development, and release of new products and product improvements. As a Change CoâOrdinator, you will be central to ensuring Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) are planned, performed, and completed in line with defined processes. By working closely with Change Owners and crossâfunctional collaborators, you will help ensure specifications are robust and capable of supporting the onâtime, inâfull delivery of highâvalue capital equipment.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Ensure ECOs are audited for conformity to standard operation procedures and within the system rules of Enovia and SAP master data.
- Advise on standard processes for detailing changes to new and existing products.
- Ensure data integrity between systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc) throughout the change cycle.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and other related practices.
- Analyse and supervise ECO submissions to minimise processing time between submission and implementation.
- Analyse ECOs for system/business impacts, material dispositions, and efficient execution strategy.
- Help with training ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standard.
- Subject matter authority for ECO, PLM applications and processes.
