kp FP UK is seeking an Employee Wellbeing Partner to drive a proactive wellbeing programme across its UK sites.
The role focuses on shaping practical wellbeing initiatives, identifying trends, and working with HR and HSE to support a positive workplace culture.
As a hands-on, site-facing role, you will engage with employees, design campaigns, and collaborate with external providers to bring wellbeing to life on the shop floor.
A full UK driving licence and travel between sites are required.
