kp FP UK is seeking an Employee Wellbeing Partner to support a proactive wellbeing programme across UK sites, starting with St Helens and Featherstone. The role works with HR and HSE to identify themes, design practical initiatives and raise awareness on a site-by-site basis.
You will engage employees, organise events and campaigns, liaise with external providers, and translate wellbeing data into actionable insights while upholding an inclusive culture and visible hands-on presence on the shop floor.
