Our client is a growing roofing and cladding contractor operating across the North East, delivering industrial and commercial building envelope packages.

Although a relatively new business, they are led by an experienced management team with a strong track record in the sector and have already secured a strong pipeline of work.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced

Estimator to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with roofing and cladding estimating experience who is looking to play a key role in a developing business with genuine long-term career prospects.

Role Overvie the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for industrial and commercial roofing and cladding projects.

Working closely with the Directors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, you will manage the tender process from initial enquiry through to contract award, ensuring commercially sound and competitive submissions
