KL Talent Solutions Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a specialist geoenvironmental consultancy for an experienced Site Geoenvironmental Engineer. This role would suit a hands-on engineer with strong site experience who is confident delivering ground investigation projects safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the organisation, supervision, and delivery of geoenvironmental and ground investigation works, acting as a key link between site and office teams.
- The role involves managing site operations, supporting contract delivery, and contributing to technical reporting, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of ground investigations
- Day-to-day management of site activities and logistics
- Ensuring correct use and maintenance of site equipment
- Supporting contract delivery to maximise project performance and profitability
- Preparing and contributing to high-quality technical reports
- Liaising effectively between site teams, project managers, and the office
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems
- Assisting with project monitoring, auditing, and KPI updates
About You
- BSc in a relevant discipline (MSc advantageous)
- Proven experience in site-based geoenvironmental or ground investigation work
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively across site and office duties
- Professional, proactive, and commercially aware
