The role
We are looking for an able and ambitious associate with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join us. We are looking for someone with experience in commercial and technology contracts. The role will include complex technology and outsourcing deals for clients internationally, including advising on contracts for commercial services and supplies, consulting, direct and indirect reseller, introducer, referral and distribution arrangements, outsourcing, technology (including fintech), end-to-end software services, cloud hosting, software licensing and end-user licensing, collaboration and teaming, website terms, and commercial intellectual property. We have sector experience on a wide variety of cross-border transactions for clients in technology, data, healthcare, energy, financial services, and retail sectors.
Qualities
You will have the relevant experience for the role with a particular emphasis and interest in the technology sector. You will need to be strong technically and have proven attention to detail as well as organisational ability. You should feel comfortable with interacting directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties. We place high value on client service and working as a team. We encourage everyone to develop client relationships. You should be confident, commercial, client facing and prepared to participate fully in any business development and marketing activities. You should be responsive and able to work effectively in situations of high pressure, committed to high client care and service delivery standards.
