Based in Central London we are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our Central London office and providing essential support to our staff and partners.

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills to ensure the office operates efficiently and provides a professional environment for staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting clients.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to maintain a smooth-running workplace.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other team members.
  • Assisting with basic HR‑related tasks, such as onboarding support and managing office policies.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A professional and friendly demeanour.
