Based in Central London we are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our Central London office and providing essential support to our staff and partners.
This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills to ensure the office operates efficiently and provides a professional environment for staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and greeting clients.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to maintain a smooth-running workplace.
- Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Assisting with basic HR‑related tasks, such as onboarding support and managing office policies.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
