We are looking for a friendly and reliable Viewing Assistant to help prospective buyers and tenants view our properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has good communication skills, and can provide a welcoming and professional experience during property viewings.. . . As a Viewing Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting potential clients, showing them around properties, highlighting key features, and answering basic questions about the home and local area. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage potential clients.
• Show them around properties, highlight key features, and answer basic questions about the home and local area.
• Ensure every viewing runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Ensure properties are presented to a high standard before appointments.
• Provide feedback from viewers.
• Report any issues or concerns following visits.
• Be flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property is beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will be confident, personable, well‑presented, and able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
