KKR is seeking a highly motivated professional to support the Sales Distribution Strategy & Management function within Global Wealth Solutions, partnering closely with sales leadership to drive strategic and operational growth initiatives across the platform. Based in London, this role will play a critical role in strengthening core sales management processes, supporting business strategy execution, and advancing key growth initiatives, including new product launches and sales distribution projects. The Associate will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, combining strong strategic thinking with disciplined execution, analytics, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales leadership on core sales management and business strategy priorities, including business planning, budgeting, and monthly sales forecasting.
  • Prepare clear, senior-ready business update materials for management and key stakeholders, including performance summaries, strategic progress updates, and key metrics.
  • Support the execution of strategic distribution initiatives, including selected partnership forums and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Project-manage strategic growth initiatives, including new product launches and broader distribution projects, and support business planning for new strategies or market entry.
  • Oversee pipeline tracking, sales dashboards, and crediting coordination to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Act as a key advocate and coordinator for our CRM, including organizing user teach-ins, coordinating enhancement requests, and overseeing data hygiene and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and automation to improve sales management, reporting, and broader business processes.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for sales, leadership, and strategy meetings, and support team communications, offsites, and internal coordination.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day business management.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic record.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, asset management, wealth management, private markets, or a related business strategy/sales management role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to craft clear, senior-ready narratives and articulate key messages effectively.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, forecasting, and scenario-based modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve business processes; familiarity with programming, automation, or building tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
