We are looking for a Business Manager to a Board Member of KKCG Group — someone who thrives in an environment of growth, bold ambition and international scale. This role is ideal for a Business Manager who seeks broad exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, giving you the chance of working alongside a Board Member who thinks big, moves fast, and drives impact.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted partner to the Board Member, maintaining a deep understanding of business priorities, goals, and challenges.
- Support the Board Member in managing daily priorities and ensure seamless preparation, follow-up, and alignment across all commitments.
- Anticipate needs, keep projects on track and address potential challenges before they arise.
- Coordinate with senior executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure information flows smoothly and tasks move forward.
- Prepare briefings, presentations and take minutes to support meetings and decision-making.
- Draft and review correspondence and materials that reflect the Board Member’s style and intent.
- Conduct research and gather relevant insights to support meetings and initiatives.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Executive Assistant to ensure the Board Member’s schedule and priorities are efficiently managed.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related field.
- Early career experience in Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation or similar within a complex and international environment.
- Previous experience as a Business Manager would be very useful.
- Experience dealing with C-Suite level.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Analytical thinking with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- High levels of discretion, reliability and professionalism.
- Proactive approach — someone who takes initiative and enjoys anticipating needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to summarise complex information clearly.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work outside traditional hours when necessary.
- Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak language skills are a big plus.
