We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a Board Member of KKCG Group. This role demands absolute discretion, excellent organisational ability, dealing with sensitive information, and high-level stakeholders across multiple time zones.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board Member, ensuring the Board Member is prepared, protected from unnecessary noise, and able to operate at peak effectiveness. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can act as a trusted gatekeeper and partner.
What You’ll Do- Support the Board Member by managing daily priorities with seamless preparation, proactive follow-up, and clear alignment across all commitments.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, filtering information and requests to protect the Board Member’s time and ensure focus on the most important matters.
- Anticipate needs in advance — preparing documents, contexts and next steps to keep the Board Member fully informed and ready.
- Coordinate logistics for complex internal and external meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong information flow and ensure decisions move forward.
- Oversee personal administration and sensitive matters with discretion, ensuring the Board Member’s professional and personal priorities run smoothly.
- Significant experience supporting a C-suite leader or high-profile individual in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in executive administrative support, gatekeeping, prioritisation and stakeholder coordination.
- Exceptional organisational discipline, able to create structure, anticipate needs, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with the Board Member’s expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work outside traditional hours when necessary.
- Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak are a big plus.
