- Oracle EBS Core HR / Payroll Technical - Technology Architect
- Oracle EBS Core HR – Functional Lead / Principal Consultant
- Oracle EBS Payroll – Functional & Techno-Functional Lead / Senior Architect
- Oracle EBS Recruitment & Learning – Functional Consultant
- Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits – HR Functional Lead / Principal Consultant
Project Snapshot:
- UK Public Sector HCM Transformation – multi-phase implementation & optimization.
- Hybrid work model (London-based engagements).
- Full lifecycle involvement: Design → Implementation → UAT → Go-Live → Hypercare.
- Exposure to advanced HCM tools – HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OIC, Fast Formulas.
- Competitive compensation + performance bonus.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep Oracle HCM (EBS or Fusion) module expertise.
- Strong client-facing & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in UK Payroll / Public Sector projects / HR process transformation.
