Job Description:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (8-15) YRS

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Worked upon ASE 12.5 and above version and Replication Server 12.6 and above.

• Should have excellent communication skills • Creation of Devices, Databases, Segments.

• Backups of databases & logs.

• User account management

• Performing Recovery of suspect databases

• Refresh of Databases in replication as well non replication environment.

• Transaction log management.

• Handling of jobs failures.

• Troubleshooting Database error and performance Tuning.

• Replication Server monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshooting includes check for the replication configuration, threads down, stable device full, RSSD log full, stop and restart threads, repagent and repservers. Competencies • Customer Focus ,Technical Expertise ,Interpersonal Effectiveness

• Concern for Order and Quality , Ability to work under pressure. • Flexibility, Problem solving

• Balance and progress parallel activities ,Multi-threading tasks without confusion

• Demonstrates interpersonal and team skills, dedication, proactive thinking and working. • Good Communication and presentation skills are a must for interviewing end users.

• Perfect Speaking and Writing in English is a must, Ability to develop a quick understanding and knowledge of business requirements.
