Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in statistical analysis, causal modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Python and SQL, along with Tableau/BI tools, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform statistical analysis, probabilistic modeling, and causal inference.
- Use SQL to manipulate, transform, and model data.
- Use Python or R for statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Apply experimental design, hypothesis testing, and explanatory machine learning.
- Use Tableau to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
- Derive actionable insights beyond basic data exploration and reporting.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL, used on a weekly basis.
- Strong experience in statistical analysis and causal modeling.
- Practical experience with machine learning and experimental analysis.
- Hands-on Tableau/BI experience; 5+ years preferred.
