Role: Principal Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

Your role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead, you will provide impactful solutions to our clients with a focus on implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector. You will lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules, and translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for technical teams and senior management. You will guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure smooth delivery and top system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK clients.
- Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management, particularly within the UK Public sector.
- Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and provide hyper care support.
- Utilize HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
- Explain complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams; walk through Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, and Change Requests.
- Lead customer discussions around integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules.
- Apply knowledge across the full SDLC, including CRPs/Playback sessions, training content preparation and delivery.
Required
- Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK Public Sector clients.
- Knowledge of HCM tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, management).
- Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- Preparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
Preferred
- Strong planning skills for release and delivery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members (5+ team members).
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
