About the Opportunity
We’re hiring seasoned Oracle HCM professionals to join a major UK Public Sector Transformation program. This is a rare opportunity to work on large-scale Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion implementations driving digital HR modernization across the public sector. We have multiple openings at Senior Consultant, Lead, Principal Consultant, and Architect levels, depending on specialization and experience.

- Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits – HR Functional Lead / Principal Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades (EBS & Fusion).
- Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation & Benefits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR technology solutions with business goals.
- Ensure quality delivery across all project phases — design, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Work with modern tools: HDL, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OIC, and HCM Extracts.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle HCM (EBS/Fusion) implementations.
- Proven functional or techno-functional expertise across at least one major HCM module.
- Strong understanding of UK Payroll and Public Sector frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and guiding full project lifecycles.
