Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience testing Android and iOS smartphones/tablets across different OEM devices.
- Experience configuring devices, installing software builds, applications, and test packages.
- Ability to execute test cases, follow test procedures, and accurately document results.
- Experience identifying and validating issues related to app behavior, UI responsiveness, crashes, battery consumption, thermal performance, and overall device stability.
- Experience collecting device logs and creating clear defect reports for engineering teams.
- Exposure to test automation is an added advantage.
