Job Role: Lead Java Fullstack Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot .
• Configure DevOps pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support our credit decisioning engine.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate within an agile team to deliver backend features with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Work closely with architects and product owners to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Backend Development: 5–15 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• API Development: Proven expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React or Angular .
• Testing: Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance practices.
• Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and excellent communication skills.

Good to Have

• GCP Data Services: Experience with BigQuery , Spanner , Cloud Composer , or Dataflow .
• Generative AI: Exposure to LangChain , LangGraph , or similar tools; interest in building agentic solutions.
