Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
