We\’re looking for a Shift Manager to help run the
show during peak times, energise the team, and deliver outstanding experiences
for every guest, every shift.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with leadership

As Shift Manager , you’ll support the management team
by leading shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and being a role model to
the team on the floor.

Run Great Shifts…

  • Take control of the shift – from setting the
    pace to problem solving in the moment.
  • Motivate the team and keep energy levels high,
    even when it’s busy.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked,
    and fully compliant at all times.

Support the Team…

  • Coach team members during shifts to deliver
    excellent service and follow standards.
  • Help train new starters and create a positive,
    productive team culture.
  • Work closely with senior managers to make sure
    team and guest needs are met.

  • Be the go to person for guests and staff during
    service.

About You:

  • Experience
    in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or
    retail.
  • Confident
    leading a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong
    communicator with a calm, can do attitude.
  • Passion
    for great service and a keen eye for detail.
