As General Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of your restaurant. From inspiring your team to delivering outstanding customer experiences, you’ll lead from the front with passion, accountability, and energy.
Build and nurture a high performing team with a strong focus on training, development, and progression.
- Set the tone on the floor – hands on leadership, clear communication, and creating a fun, focused work culture.
- Manage scheduling, recruitment, and team performance to maintain high staff morale and low turnover.
- Ensure every shift runs smoothly – from kitchen to front of house – with consistently high standards.
- Own your restaurant’s compliance across health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
- Drive Commercial Performance.

Proven experience as a General Manager in hospitality, retail, or a similar fast paced, customer facing environment. Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and driving profitability. Obsessed with service quality and passionate about people development. Confident using performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Flexible, hands on, and resilient – no task too small, no challenge too big.
