Ensure every shift runs smoothly – from kitchen to front of house – with consistently high standards. · Own your restaurant’s compliance across health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies. · Drive Commercial Performance · Take full ownership of your P&L – control costs, manage stock, and deliver on sales and profitability targets. · Track KPIs and performance metrics, making data driven decisions to improve efficiency and revenue. · Roll out local marketing initiatives to build community engagement and boost trade. Resolve complaints swiftly and professionally, turning issues into opportunities to impress. · Proven experience as a General Manager in hospitality, retail, or a similar fast paced, customer facing environment. Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and driving profitability. Obsessed with service quality and passionate about people development.
