We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of one of our vibrant, high-volume restaurants. As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the restaurant’s success – leading from the floor, motivating the team, and making sure our guests always receive an outstanding experience.
Support Restaurant Operations
- Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the team focused and the service running smoothly.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, health & safety, and guest service.
- Assist the General Manager in delivering strong operational performance across the board.
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and motivate team members, supporting their growth and keeping morale high.
- Help onboard and train new team members, creating a fun, inclusive, and productive workplace.
- Step up when needed and take responsibility in the GM’s absence.
Guest Experience Champion
- Be present on the floor, solving problems and creating moments that keep guests coming back.
- Handle complaints professionally and with empathy.
- Keep an eye on detail to ensure every shift hits the mark.
Drive Results
- Assist with managing labour, stock, and waste to hit key performance targets.
- Contribute to local marketing ideas and ways to boost business.

About You
- Experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role, ideally in hospitality, QSR, or retail.
