Following significant growth and continued international expansion, they're now looking for a commercially minded Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition strategy and drive performance across multiple digital channels.
The Opportunity
- We're looking for an ambitious Paid Media Marketing Manager who thrives on turning insights into action, driving profitable customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business growth.
- This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel paid media strategy, working across some of the most exciting digital marketing platforms while collaborating with creative, eCommerce, CRM, and brand teams to create best-in-class customer experiences.
- Own and lead paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through performance-focused campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring strong accountability, optimisation, and results.
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
- Optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Affiliate Networks.
- Lead testing and experimentation programmes across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing pages.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Deliver clear performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and testing frameworks.
- Identify emerging opportunities, platform innovations, and growth channels to stay ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing ideally in beauty/fashion/wellbeing.
- Strong hands-on expertise across: Google Ads (PPC, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Advertising, Affiliate Marketing Platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing attribution tools.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
