The Role
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence across a multi-site retail population.
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within retail or multi-site environments
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Data-driven, solutions-focused, and confident operating in a fast-growth setting
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 preferred)
