Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all people processes.
- Own the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and exits.
- Develop and deliver a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the region.
- Champion culture, values, and DE&I initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring best practice and risk mitigation.
- Drive performance management and leadership capability across all levels.
- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative function.
- Utilise data and insights to inform decision-making and measure HR impact.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Experience scaling teams and building organisational capability.
- Passion for culture, people experience, and inclusive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law (EMEA exposure beneficial).
- Data-driven with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
- Experience within beauty, retail, consumer, or digital-first brands is advantageous.
