KJ Talent & Partners is working exclusively to hire a Senior Social Media Manager to join an incredibly talented team in London. This is a pivotal role within the business and the candidate will be expected to work closely with senior stakeholders in supporting the development of each channel.

Requirements:

  • Create and lead integrated social media strategy and the owned execution across multiple platforms and territories including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Implement and use social media management and monitoring tools.
  • Set up and manage ongoing reporting process to give visibility to content and social metrics.
  • Campaign management, ensuring campaigns are fully integrated across the business, meeting objectives and delivering ROI.

About you:

  • Experience in social media management within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
  • Proven experience in luxury brand positioning through digital and social media channels.
  • Strong background in influencer marketing and digital partnerships.
  • Experience in managing global social media accounts and working with regional teams.
  • Social media native – deep understanding in particular of Instagram.
  • Understands intimately the value of and ‘art and commerce’ on social and how to balance.
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven.
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
