This multi award-winning high performing make up brand is globally recognised and holds the top spot in multiple categories. A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Social and Community Manager to take a lead role in the business and to join a hugely talented team.
You will be in charge of developing brand awareness via social media, managing all social and content initiatives across multiple platforms in order to drive engagement, conversion, retention and positive customer behaviour. This is a pivotal role within the business and you will work closely with the senior leadership team supporting the development of each channel and the brand's community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with commercial and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, engaging content for campaigns, product launches, events, and pop-ups.
- Lead the creation and integration of user-generated content (UGC) into always-on campaigns, product pages, and social storytelling to drive discoverability, trust, and conversion.
- Monitor cultural trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to ensure the brand remains relevant, innovative, and audience-first.
- Track and analyse social media KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform content strategy and optimise performance.
- Ensure content plans are reflected in ClickUp for wider team visibility of accurate content schedules.
- Build and nurture an engaged, values-led community across digital platforms and offline experiences, strengthening customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- 7+ years’ experience in social media management within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Proven experience in luxury brand positioning through digital and social media channels.
- Strong background in influencer marketing and digital partnerships.
- Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
- Understanding of paid social media strategy and execution.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
