We are exclusively recruiting for a Product Innovation Manager, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing product reformulations, range extensions, packaging updates, and new product launches.
Operating from the brand’s central London global headquarters, working closely with all internal teams, and reporting into the Head of Product Development, this role ensures the alignment of all product development plans and projects for the business.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence in managing and orchestrating the end-to-end product development process
- Build out timelines for all new product launches, working closely with operations, creative, sales, and marketing team colleagues
- Lead the monthly cross-functional team meeting to review status, communicate key milestones and deadlines, flag potential risks or delays, and escalate any issues to key stakeholders
- Support the operations team in weekly calls with vendors to identify any production issues, gaps, or delays that could impact product launch
- Ensure proper routing and approval of packaging artwork for production in close collaboration with creative colleagues
- Manage new formula testing
- Create engaging NPD toolkits for all new products
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in Chemistry, Biology, or Cosmetic Science
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience in the technical development of innovative cosmetic products, including formulation and packaging, from concept ideation, development, and briefing through to execution
- Sound technical capability in the assessment and validation of skin care and / or other cosmetic formulations
- Ability to quickly and effectively build relationships with people and teams at all levels, both internally and externally
