Senior NPD Director - Luxury Cosmetics Brand

Four days/week in the offices - London

With a following of millions globally, this incredible luxury beauty brand aims to help people rethink their beauty routine with multi-award winning cruelty-free makeup and skincare products. Our client is looking for a Senior NPD Director to join and lead an incredibly talented team in the London HQ.

Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the brand's product lines, overseeing the end-to-end product development process, and defining the product marketing strategy.

Relevant industry experience and in-depth knowledge of colour cosmetics is essential for this amazing opportunity.

Working closely with the founder to define and lead the Product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's overarching strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to build a 3-year product launch plan, delivering a global best-in-class calendar for the brand. Lead product innovation to ensure products are highly innovative and of the highest quality, at viable margins. Ensuring the key brand differentiators are clearly reflected in the quality and design of our products. Seeking opportunities for new ingredients, delivery formats, applications, or packaging. Lead, inspire, and develop the team members within the NPD Department.

8+ Years in global brand and product marketing roles: Extensive experience in global brand and product marketing within the beauty industry, cosmetics colour is essential, with a proven record in a leadership role driving brand success.

  • Proficient in conducting and applying market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and drive product success.
  • Track record of leading, mentoring, and building cross-functional, high-performing teams.
