Multi award winning our client has a deep commitment to clean, cruelty-free beauty which has propelled the success of their multi-brand portfolio. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive, to join an incredibly talented team and support the Senior National Account Manager in the London HQ. Position Summary: We are currently seeking a commercially minded individual to support the Senior National Account Manager in this customer-focused analytical opportunity. You will be responsible for various tasks, such as overseeing the daily administration of the likes of Boots & Sephora, identifying new contacts, and partnering with existing ones. Responsibilities: Support Sales Manager with implementing the negotiated Sales Plan with customer, ensuring all relevant documents are submitted in line with the critical path. Report brand weekly sales, identifying key areas of growth and opportunities. including FSDU/second placement analysis and any other overlaying activity. Full ownership of product data set up and maintenance. Supporting the sales leads with PO creation and management Implement and maintain an efficient documentation/filing system. Lead the administration of managing retailer and vendor contracts. Coordinate the efficient ordering of GWPs and Product Samples as budgeted Requirements: Educated to Bachelor (or equivalent) Degree Level Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data 1 or more years sales administration experience, preferably within the beauty industry ideally supporting a luxury department store or high street retailer such as Boots Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities with speed Experience with driving alignment, collaboration and deadlines across larger cross functional teams Strong communication, proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improve Proficient in remaining Microsoft applications, including Office and PowerPoint
