Our client is an internationally renowned luxury beauty brand, celebrated for its heritage, innovation and commitment to excellence. With an exceptional portfolio of products and a strong presence across premium retail channels, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Manager to join their UK team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to drive strategic growth, strengthen key partnerships and play a pivotal role in the continued success of a market-leading luxury brand.

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, maximise retail performance and strengthen relationships with key business partners. Working collaboratively across multiple functions, you will identify opportunities for growth, analyse market performance and ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners, with a particular focus on Boots UK.
  • Lead annual joint business planning, forecasting and performance review processes.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth through market insights, commercial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and support the delivery of mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Retail Operations.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide recommendations to optimise commercial results.
  • Ensure the highest standards of execution and brand representation across all channels.

We are looking for a commercially minded individual with a proven track record of delivering growth within a premium, luxury, beauty or FMCG environment.

  • Previous experience in a Commercial Manager, National Account Manager or similar commercial leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing the Boots UK account is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Boots' commercial structure, promotional cycles and joint business planning processes.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships within a major UK retailer.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience within luxury beauty, prestige cosmetics, fragrance or premium consumer goods sectors.
  • Existing relationships within Boots and the wider UK beauty retail landscape.
