Since the launch of the range, it has received widespread acclaim and respect for gentle yet highly effective formulations. These are sold internationally through a direct-to-consumer model, where consumers can also access expert advice, as well as a personalised ‘routine finder’ tool.
An opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join a hugely talented team in London. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career within this growing environment. It will be well suited to somebody entrepreneurial with experience in a rapid growth environment.
You will be a super collaborative team player and will be given the reins to develop the overall social media strategy alongside the rest of the team and lead the creation of a most trusted and engaged wellbeing community.
What you will do:
- Develop strategy for building the most engaged wellbeing community in the UK and beyond
- Develop social media growth strategy that is market specific to the UK and creates strategy tailored to each social platform
- Research and define social content pillars providing key strategy behind each one
- Plan and execute social media strategy
- Manage all social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest & LinkedIn
- Use Google Analytics & social media reports to track performance and make tactical recommendations
- Manage and engage with the community, always looking for opportunities for brand visibility and engagement
- Work with a creative agency and graphic designers to ensure the right content is produced
- Work with the wider marketing team to identify social and content opportunities across brand, ecommerce, PR and wholesale
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media management within a quality consumer brand (beauty ideally) or open to closely related categories such as fashion/lifestyle/wellbeing/retail
- Strong understanding of key social networks
- Experience using reports, analytics and is data-driven
- Proactive, creative thinker and highly organised
