KJ Talent are partnering with SOL DE JANEIRO on a fantastic 12 month FTC Senior National Account Manager opportunity. Launched in 2015, SOL DE JANEIRO is an award-winning, fast-growing premium global lifestyle beauty brand inspired by the beauty rituals and attitude of the beaches of Rio. Our brand purpose is to spark endless self-celebration and joy through the power and warmth of the Brazilian spirit. This philosophy extends from our products to our corporate culture.
The position will report to the Sales Director- UKI and requires strong retailer management experience with Boots. If you are available to start immediately and would love to join an amazing team and work for an iconic brand please apply.
- Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.
- Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.
- Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account.
- Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline).
- Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance.
- Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits.
- Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
Skills & Experiences:
- You have previous experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management on Boots.
- You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- You’re a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
- You’re passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
- You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations.
