Lead - Senior National Account Manager

Central London

£85,000 to £90,000 + 10% Bonus

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.
  • Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline).
  • Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance.
  • Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits.
  • Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.

Skills & Experiences:

  • You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Superdrug/Top 4 Grocer a plus.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • You're a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
  • You're passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
  • You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations.
