Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for shaping the growth & expansion across three award-winning hair and personal care brands.
- Lead the launch and roll out plans for further brands into the UK market over the next 3 years.
- Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.
- Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.
- Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline).
- Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits.
- Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
Skills & Experiences:
- You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Sephora/Top Grocer.
- Experience of working in a quality consumer brand ideally in beauty.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills that could drive business effectively.
- Entrepreneurial approach and ability to demonstrate creativity.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
- You’re passionate about the beauty industry.
- You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations.
